Please read carefully as all the information below directly outlines my work process, what I accept and what I don't, and how we will handle both the artwork and payment.If any of these terms and conditions are updated, they will be publicly announced, and updates will only apply to new commissions, not to clients with commissions already in progress or paid.

Anything I consider a "strong fetish" is a personal opinion, so you can ask me if I agree to draw certain situations. Don't take it personal if I don't accept to draw something.🌷

1. I only start working once the commission is 100% paid. Otherwise, you will be placed on a waiting list and I'll begin work once payment is received.2. I do not interact with or work with controversial and/or criminal individuals, whether they are zoophiles, pedophiles, groomers, rapists, etc. I will not consider accusations without evidence. I reserve the right to decline a commission from someone I consider dangerous.3. I do NOT consent to the use of my art for AI content, whether for training or to generate an image / video. If my original characters or my art itself are used to be related with AI, I will claim this and demand their public removal.4. I do not allow the theft of my art or reposting without giving credit. Commissions are usually personal and belong to the client, so you may not impersonate them.5. It's possible to pay some extra to have your commission placed on the priority list and receive it ahead of schedule. Please don't ask for this if you are not in a genuine hurry. The extra price will depend on the time limit you propose.CHANGES AND REFUNDS6. You must be clear about your request from the beginning. If you have decided a specific pose or scenario, I'll work with what you requested; it cannot be changed mid-process. If you are unsure of what you want, I'll consider it artistic freedom.7. I only accept refunds if I exceed the agreed-upon delivery deadline or if I consider that I have taken too long. I do not refund work if you "didn't like my style" or in other possible cases of attempted scam.8. If I update my prices, the change will only apply to new orders. Clients who have already paid for their commission will not be affected by the price update. However, it will affect clients who have requested a slot but haven't paid yet.9. I do not allow cancellation of a commission if it has already been paid for, but I do allow a complete change of drawing if I have not started yet, for example: you decided to request a friendship or couple commission and you end your relationship with those people, if I have not started the drawing you can request a direct change and in any case pay or collect the price difference.

Changes allowed during the processSketch (geometric): It's the initial phase, pose variations and changes are highly allowed. These sketches begin with more geometric shapes.Sketch: Once the sketch is refined, changing the pose is NOT permitted. The client has up to five big changes to the character and background.Lineart: Changes that could have been avoided during the sketch stage will no longer be allowed. Only accessible corrections and changes are allowed, up to a maximum of 4 of these changes.Color: The client will be allowed to change and test up to 8 different color combinations in flat color. However, once the character is colored, no further corrections to the lineart are allowed. Up to 3 changes will be available for pattern corrections.Render: Changes for the color or lineart are not allowed, but up to 4 changes to lighting and shadows will be permitted to improve the final result.Changes can be increased by paying extra:1 extra pose: 5 USD
1 change to polished sketch: 3 USD
1 change to line art: 4 USD
1 extra color: 2 USD
1 change to pattern: 5 USD
